For The Healthy Foodie
Misto Olive Oil Sprayer: The Misto is a great alternative to commercial cooking sprays. The air pump designs mean no more disposable aerosol container, as you can easily refill the container with your favorite cooking or salad oil.
Epicurean Professional Cutting Board: These cutting boards are made of the material used to build skate parks, so you know they are durable.
Julienne Vegetable Peeler: This peeler is a compact and inexpensive alternative to a Spiralizer. Its serrated edge makes peeling winter squash easy.
Herbs & Spices. While these two components are what take a meal from just ok to wow, it’s often intimidating to shop for and spend money on unknown herbs. Why not gift your fit foodie with some unique herb and spice blends? Savory Spice Shop has tons of options to choose from!
For The Fitness Lover
SPRI Exercise Bands. These exercise bands are my favorite as they have held up for me after years of teaching Boot Camp. They also come with a door adapter which is essential for doing pulldown exercises (which as so easy to overlook in a home workout routine).
Thermos Stainless Steel Water Bottle. You can not go wrong with this water bottle. I have purchased many over the years as gifts and each of the receivers loved them. This bottle keeps water icy cold for up to 12 hours, even in a hot Florida car.
Water Bottle with Storage Compartment. Storing your keys at the gym or during an outdoor activity can be worrisome. Rest assured that you always have your valuables close at hand with this water bottle.
36″ High-Density Foam Roller. If you don’t have one, stop right now and buy one. The foam roll is an essential piece of warm-up and recovery equipment for all exercises. With this simple roller, you can prepare your muscles for movement, increase your flexibility and workout adhesions and knots (gently, please!).
Adjustable Jump Rope. The workout to end all workouts, a jump rope is no joke! This rope is a great gift for a traveling athlete or the person who is looking for some simple variety in their routine.
For The Yoga Fan
High-Density Yoga Mat. A super-cushy yoga mat is a dream to work with. If you or someone you are shopping for has been using gym mats, it’s time to get your own! You can also find a great selection at TJMaxx or Marshalls.
Microfiber Yoga Towel. I love this yoga towel as it has small pockets on each end to slip your mat into. You may want to double-check your measurements as I did have to cut 2″ from the end of my mat but it was worth it.
Yoga Headbands. Having your hair fall on your face while doing a downward god is pretty annoying. Having a cute hairband is the perfect fix.
Yoga Block and Strap Set. Have everything you need for hitting the yoga studio! A block and strap are fun accessories to own for both the beginner and advanced yogi.
A Class Pass. Head to a local yoga studio and purchase a single class. Then create a basket with the gift certificate and a few other yoga goodies.
