You know the ones–September, October, November and December. While lifestyles vary, these months are often filled with get-togethers, parties, and potlucks,
In September and October you may be invited to tailgating parties with all of your favorite appetizers and snacks, fall festivals and Hallowen parties. Then come the big holidays–Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The season is known for gluttony and overeating. By the time January rolls around, you’re ready for a fresh start. But then come birthdays, Easter, Mother’s Day, and more.
No matter the season or month, life is full of events. Food often comes along with friendship, and that’s a good thing. I don’t know anyone who wants to skip social gatherings–or skip the yummy foods!
Is it possible to attend social gatherings, enjoy a meal with your friends and have a great time–while still making wise food choices?
