You need to eat. Right now. You’re not really hungry, but something inside you is urging you to eat. It’s a familiar pattern, and you’ve been here many times before. On the verge of a binge eating cycle. 

Walking in food freedom feels amazing. You’re no longer chained to fad diets or held hostage by restrictive eating. 

Sometimes you think you have left these destructive binge eating tendencies in the past. But they sneak up on you again. 

To eat? Or not to eat? That is the question. 

The truth is some habits die hard. Before you learned about trusting God with your food choices, you turned to food for comfort and companionship. Now, it’s hard to stop.

Food does provide the comfort you need–but only for a short time. Those feelings of happiness are gone as you swallow the last bite, leaving you feeling guilty and defeated. 

Stuck in a binge eating cycle. 

The good news is, once you understand that you’re caught in this cycle, it’s so much easier to get out! 

Your first step to breaking out of a binge eating cycle is to identify the cause. What is it that’s making you long for comfort?
