Before lunchtime you’ve fallen down a rabbit hole and you’re reading articles about medical interventions, injections, and even surgery.
One of these shortcuts must be the answer, right?
You’re surrounded daily with messages telling you about “easy” procedures that are guaranteed to help you reach your weight loss goals.
Even when you’re watching your favorite TV show or flipping through a magazine, you see ads for LapBand surgery, cooling procedures that “freeze” fat, and miracle weight loss pills.
It’s a lot to handle!
As a Jesus girl, you long to honor Him with your body and your food choices. But how does that goal measure up to using a shortcut to help you finally reach your weight loss goals fast?
Your heart is in the right place, but you’re missing one important part. Because you see, the key to successful, long-term weight loss starts on the inside.
…for the Lord sees not as man sees; man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”
1 Samuel 16:7 ESV
Your worth to your Heavenly Father is more than a number on a scale. Your heart is what matters to Him. When you make the right changes on the inside, the outside ones come more easily.
